Petro Services, LLC (Petro) is a natural gas marketing company whose primary purpose is to aggregate, deliver, and sell Appalachian Basin gas production to various gas buyers, local distribution companies (LDC’s), and industrial/commercial end-users. The company is privately-held, headquartered in Spencer, West Virginia. Because of Petro's founders' intimate knowledge of the gas business from the 'drill bit to the burner tip', we understand producer needs and concerns better than our peers..
Petro's only objective is to maximize the producers gas sales.
Petro accomplishes this by:
- Evaluating various pricing choices and gas users/buyers
- More cost effectively managing producer nominations and imbalances
- Procuring and providing firm transportation services (FTS) on various pipelines enabling producers gas to more steadily flow to market
- Enhance producer gas sales by managing, controlling and reducing the associated gas gathering fees and charges
- Reducing the time period between production payments by 30 days and the associated liability
